As some of you folks know, Jessica, Jason and Renée go WAY back, and there are heaps of love in this trio. We have been co-teaching classes and workshops since 2014, and we are thrilled to be teaming up again for this offering!

Renée has been a dedicated student and teacher of yoga since 2002. With over two decades of experience, including her foundational certification from the Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico, she has refined a teaching style centered on restoration and mental well-being.
Renée has been a dedicated student and teacher of yoga since 2002. With over two decades of experience, including her foundational certification from the Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico, she has refined a teaching style centered on restoration and mental well-being.
Renée's classes offer a gentle Vinyasa flow designed specifically to counter the stresses of daily life. By pairing mindful, slow-paced movement with intentional breathing, she helps students release physical tension and quiet the mind. Her approach is rooted in compassion and self-care, providing a welcoming space where you can slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling deeply replenished.

Yoga + Pilates Wellness Studio at Float LaSalle is located at 1765 Sprucewood Ave, Windsor, in the heart of LaSalle. The Yoga + Pilates Wellness studio is on the main floor of the building. Parking is available in the main parking lot;
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for this workshop; ✨ In the event of the workshop being cancelled by Jessica & Jason and Renée, all registrations will be refunded ✨
Cell phones must be turned to airplane mode or off as a courtesy to others once in the practice space;
We ask that noble silence be honoured entering the studio space and as you set up your practice space;
No experience is required - please bring your open heart and your beautiful voice!
Please feel free to bring a notebook, pencil/pen;
Dress comfortably;
Please bring your yoga mat;
Props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets are available at the studio, however feel free to bring any additional props that you feel you may need.
