Come learn, explore and sing Sanskrit mantras with us at Ganpati Om Downtown! 

This workshop is for everyone! Come as you are! No experience necessary! This workshop will be an exploration of mantra and chant, and the beautiful impact in can have in our lives, helping us to focus and to re-member who we truly are. Chanting Sanskrit mantras has a profound impact on our well being and allows us to become more in tune with ourselves, and therefore the beings and world all around us.

We'll be discussing some familiar (and new!) Sanskrit mantras, looking at different interpretations and meanings, and spend time chanting them together. And if chanting is new to you, remember that it is not a performance, but rather an offering. That can be silently chanting along in your heart and mind.

Ganpati OM Downtown is located at 315 Pelissier St directly above the Capitol Theatre in beautiful Downtown Windsor. The studio is accessed by 3 short flights of stairs. Street parking is free on Sundays;  

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for this workshop; ✨ In the event of the workshop being cancelled by Jessica & Jason, all registrations will be refunded ✨

Cell phones must be turned to airplane mode or off as a courtesy to others once in the practice space;

We ask that noble silence be honoured entering the studio space and as you set up your practice space; 

No experience is required - please bring your open heart and your beautiful voice! 

Please feel free to bring a notebook, pencil/pen;

Handouts of the chants will be shared with participants;

Dress comfortably;

We will be sitting on the floor - Please bring your yoga mat if you would like some extra cushioning; 

Props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets are available at the studio, however feel free to bring any additional props that you feel you may need.
