Why choose 1:1?
A 1:1 private session can be the perfect way to start, expand, or revive your practice. In this environment, we tailor our teaching to your needs: asana basics, alignment, adapting to injury, philosophy, mantra and chanting, playing harmonium, or whatever else you are working on. Email us to book a session or series!
In addition to our 1:1 offerings, we also are now offering Group Private Yoga classes via Zoom or in person at your outdoor location for those who wish to practice on your own, or with a group of friends/family that you feel comfortable with. Classes will adhere to all aspects of the Ontario re-opening plan (limits on class size and physical distancing).
